Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL) is an international non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to achieving lasting global peace and conflict resolution. As a registered 501(c)(3) organization, HWPL collaborates with government leaders, policymakers, and educators to promote sustainable peace through international law, interfaith dialogue, and education.
HWPL advocates for the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW)—a legal framework designed to prevent conflicts and uphold human rights. HWPL facilitates global religious dialogues to foster understanding, Peace Education programs to equip future generations with values for a more harmonious world.
